Here's a message of encouragement for anyone that feels low without their make up and all the other bits we use to feel ok leaving the house - I know because that's still me sometimes. 

Even without all the make up, the clothes, the filters and everything that we've now made essential to life - remember you're beautiful without it all  Creations of the most high Heavenly Father .
