I'm not Santa before someone asks but he's on his way (for those of you who still believe in all that jazz...). Obviously everywhere you go nowadays has something to do with Christmas like I even saw some Christmas eyelashes... Don't think I'm gonna go for that look this year guys, I'll leave it to you lot. 

Anyway today I just wanted to share my favourite Christmas album that I have been playing when me and mum are feeling festive. 

I even bought the album and I'm not gonna lie, I NEVER buy music but I thought "this is too good". It has lots of Christmas classics including 

• Silent night 

• it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 

•Santa Baby 

Basically all the songs you have heard whilst shopping this past few weeks. Michael Bublé's voice is just... I don't even know how to explain it. Ahhh just ahhh.

Well school has taken over my entire life -like to another extreme now guys it's not even a joke. I swear sometimes I just want to stay in bed all day and watch Netflix ( which can I just say is becoming annoying like why aren't they adding seasons of shows that have been out for a year ..) But obviously I can't so some days I like to have a little morning butt kicker, eye opener kinda drink. 

So ...

okay I know you just lifter your eyes back to the word above in caps... Yes well done it says coriander, now I know I sound like some right looney tune but this stuff is gooooood.

I had seen on like someone nutribullet ingredients list coriander and thought "hold on a sec, is this guy high !?" But it did my own independent research and found the following : 

•  Skin disorders: 

The disinfectant, detoxifying, antiseptic, antifungal and antioxidant properties of coriander are ideal for clearing up skin disorders such as eczema, dryness and fungal infections.

• Eye care: 

Coriander is loaded with antioxidants, vitamin-A, vitamin-C and minerals like phosphorous in its essential oils, which prevents vision disorders,macular degeneration and it reduces strain and stress on the eyes. There is also beta-carotene in the leaves, which prevent a number of other diseases that affect the eye, and can even reverse the effects of vision degradation in aging patients.

So I thought hey lemme see what I can make out of this good stuff and I found a smoothie which is a great morning pick me up. 

Here's the recipe I used : 

You will need everything in image : 

•half a glass of water

•clear/raw honey

•a bunch of fresh coriander leafs 

•Skimmed/Semi skimmed milk or soya milk

• 1-2 ripe bananas 

• A blender 

Step 1 : 

Wash the coriander thoroughly and carefully - coriander breaks easily remember that guys!!!

Step 2:

Slice or dice or mush whatever you what to do to the banana(s) 

Step 3: 

Place these ingredients above  into blender with the wet ingredients I.e milk and water 

Step 4:

Add honey to sweeten (optional)

Step 5: 

Blend until smoooooooth

Step 6:

• E N J O Y
