Happy Valentine's Day to you all I hope that it's full of love with family,boyfriends and friends. I know lots of you are going to be looking all flawless with your face beat, eyebrows on fleek etc but at the end of the day that's a bucket load of make up to get off. 

I get asked quite a bit how I don't get spots or breakout, and since I love all of you lots I thought you guys deserve to know my secrets. Don't be selfish, be sure to share it with friends. 

1. Prep your face with good old water and flannel to work off the layers of make up. Water is the best thing to use when getting to the nitty gritty of it all if I'm honest. Plus it has zero harsh chemicals and your skin will love you for it.

My Pink flannel is from Wilko and it was less than £1. I change my flannel every couple of weeks since they're super cheap and that way I know it's clean. TIP : soak flannel every week in hot water with baby shampoo or mild shampoo for 5 minutes. This lifts off any dirt that may have clumped up over the course of the week like mascara stains or eyeliner. 

2. Apply a cleanser or cleansing lotion. Make sure to test it on your hand or forearm to see if you have a reaction to i, this method then helps you see if your body is receptacle to it. I've stuck to Simple for a good year and I love it. 

3. Use a toner to prevent dark circles. For all you glasses wearers like myself, toner is the holy grail behind removing those dark spots created by your glasses. I discovered a change in the first 2 weeks guys !!! Hollaaa 

4. Finally go in with a moisturiser. Make sure it's not to heavy as you're going to bed.

I know everyone brushes their teeth but before bed I use : 

I love that fresh clean feeling. Don't judge .

And finally, if I'm feeling really nice and relaxed I light some candles catch up with Pretty little liars and off to bed I go.

I hope you're all well - can you believe it's almost February guys! Like I swear yesterday was Christmas to be honest, time goes past super fast. 

I thought I'd add two of my favourite tunes of the week or rather my most listened to since quite a lot of you liked my music post. 

I've been late to the party and only just started watching Nashville, love their cover of Ho Hey. Completely different to the original song, great for calming down after a long day.

OMD this song gets me every time Sam Smiths voice is pure golf honestly it's still amazing to listen to urghhhhh and this song. I don't know how to explain how much I love it ! Beautiful song, especially the piano cover of it. 

Anyway this post isn't on music it's on my hair. I know my last post included Avon products and so does this one but they're not sponsored!! I genuinely like their products. I love leave in treatments, as you guys know from the last hair post I did on mustard seed oil that's great, I still do it at least twice a month. Leave in treatments and oils make your hair super healthy, I think the problem many of us face is regaining our strong hair after  colouring it. That was a problem I know that I faced but now it's healthier than ever. 

This "argon oil" mask really does what it says it helps restore your hair and it smells super good, that's all I look for in a hair product to be honest. Anything that's good for my hair and smells gooood. 

The best thing is that you don't even need a lot of product to use it I used : 

Which was a bit much to be honest but hey ho my hurrr was smelling good guuurll. The product itself was less than I think £7 and genuinely I would recommend it, you guys know I tell you as it is.

Hope you're all well and not getting blown away by the wind if you're in the UK. I thought I'd do a quick nails post for you guys as I haven't done one in quite a while. 

When I get the chance to paint my nails I go as bold and bright as possible. I know autumn is finished but I love the colours in it, the greys, oranges and browns just make what is such a cold season feel that little bit warmer.

Avon is super cheap and have good quality products which my mum has been purchasing for ages, I think that's where I developed my love for their products too. Currently my nails are almond shaped but that may change soon, might get them square next not sure. The two products I used are below: 

I'm really pleased with my overall result and so far no chipping!

I'm not Santa before someone asks but he's on his way (for those of you who still believe in all that jazz...). Obviously everywhere you go nowadays has something to do with Christmas like I even saw some Christmas eyelashes... Don't think I'm gonna go for that look this year guys, I'll leave it to you lot. 

Anyway today I just wanted to share my favourite Christmas album that I have been playing when me and mum are feeling festive. 

I even bought the album and I'm not gonna lie, I NEVER buy music but I thought "this is too good". It has lots of Christmas classics including 

• Silent night 

• it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 

•Santa Baby 

Basically all the songs you have heard whilst shopping this past few weeks. Michael Bublé's voice is just... I don't even know how to explain it. Ahhh just ahhh.

Well school has taken over my entire life -like to another extreme now guys it's not even a joke. I swear sometimes I just want to stay in bed all day and watch Netflix ( which can I just say is becoming annoying like why aren't they adding seasons of shows that have been out for a year ..) But obviously I can't so some days I like to have a little morning butt kicker, eye opener kinda drink. 

So ...

okay I know you just lifter your eyes back to the word above in caps... Yes well done it says coriander, now I know I sound like some right looney tune but this stuff is gooooood.

I had seen on like someone nutribullet ingredients list coriander and thought "hold on a sec, is this guy high !?" But it did my own independent research and found the following : 

•  Skin disorders: 

The disinfectant, detoxifying, antiseptic, antifungal and antioxidant properties of coriander are ideal for clearing up skin disorders such as eczema, dryness and fungal infections.

• Eye care: 

Coriander is loaded with antioxidants, vitamin-A, vitamin-C and minerals like phosphorous in its essential oils, which prevents vision disorders,macular degeneration and it reduces strain and stress on the eyes. There is also beta-carotene in the leaves, which prevent a number of other diseases that affect the eye, and can even reverse the effects of vision degradation in aging patients.

So I thought hey lemme see what I can make out of this good stuff and I found a smoothie which is a great morning pick me up. 

Here's the recipe I used : 

You will need everything in image : 

•half a glass of water

•clear/raw honey

•a bunch of fresh coriander leafs 

•Skimmed/Semi skimmed milk or soya milk

• 1-2 ripe bananas 

• A blender 

Step 1 : 

Wash the coriander thoroughly and carefully - coriander breaks easily remember that guys!!!

Step 2:

Slice or dice or mush whatever you what to do to the banana(s) 

Step 3: 

Place these ingredients above  into blender with the wet ingredients I.e milk and water 

Step 4:

Add honey to sweeten (optional)

Step 5: 

Blend until smoooooooth

Step 6:

• E N J O Y

That's basically it so I hope you like and maybe you might try something else new in your smoothies x 

I hope you're all doing well and not catching all them nasty colds going round. It's basically the end of October can you believe it !? I don't know where this years gone to be honest, it just went didn't it. I don't know about you lot but it's starting to get cold, my onesie is out and my wooly socks too lol. 

As I've been listening to a variety of music this month I thought I would do a variety of October favourites the first being : 

The M U S I C. Edition 

Sooooo let's start with those mellow chill tunes ::

Okay can we just step back and talk about LORDE. This girl has changed the game, her album is one of my top10 most listened to albums at the moment. She's so different and this song "Team" is really meaningful like if you listen to the lyrics. Like wow. 

Drizzyy. Drake has always been one of my favourite rappers. I don't know why but I've really been listening to his album "take care" and this song really stood out to me also : 

Pound cake // the beat is just ... To understand listen to it.

Can I just say Jhené Aiko's voice is sooo beautiful and pure. "The Worst" has been my favourite song since she released Sail Out. Amaaazzzinggg, seriously.

I know not many like Ariana Grande but I'm not gonna lie, her album Yours Truly and her new album are really good. "Almost is never Enough" is really heartfelt, a good bath tune lol. 

I put "Stay High" in my mellow chill playlist as it is quite a slow house tune. I could listen to this on repeat all day errrr day, it's a great commute song after a long day.

Next Those Turn Up tuneess :

This was my summer tune and I was still listening to it in October. Tinashe is a great singer and this song will never die old. 

Okay this song is so catchy it's annoying, it was my aunties song for at least 3 consecutive weeks. RAHHHH. You can't help yourself but join in I swear try it an watch how many people join you.

We like to partayy. This song really lightens your mood even when you're not really in the mood I promise you it will wake you up and make you feel all happy . Great song for the morning to start the day happy. 

Those Disney throwbacks : 

My baby cousin has been literally abusing me an threatening me to read the jungle book or watch it with him for like the 100th time so when I'm unable to we sing this song together. Really reminds me about how happy I was when this came out on DVD. Good memories //

Okay so my friend and I went a bit cray cray over our memories and we've been listening to this on repeat. I can't stop now !!!

I've probably left England by now as this post has gone up, I'm currently in Kenya. The homeland. Representtttt.... Before anyone asks I'm here for personal reasons not holiday -_-

But since I am technically not in school I found some colours to remind me of home whilst I'm away. I just removed my acrylics so my au natural nails aren't in the best shape ... If you know, you knoww the struggle....

I found two really vibrant colours, red and blue , I chose the red mum the blue. 

And a super warm and cosy blanket (a  Union Jack to be exact) for the plane. Is it just me who gets freezing cold in planes ... Hmm 

The brush is sooo slick no lumps or clumps, just sheer smooth application. I've seen you only need about a coat to fully cover the entire nail vibrantly.

I tested how quickly it chips by doing the everyday chores such as dishes, general cleaning etc. It passed ! No chipping for a bout 4-7 days then the tip of the nail began to chip. My suggestion is finding a hefty top coat to secure the colour in place, plus finding one that is also a hardener to keep the nails from breaking.

I would recommend this brand to everyone, if I didn't like it trust me I would have said something..

I've been so excited about getting all warm again with coats, layering the whole sha-bang... LFW and NYFW have all come and gone and I've been so inspired by the street style I've seen on blogs. ( By the way I will do a post on the best looks I've seen )

So it's kinda transitioning season where the weathers confused to be honest whether it wants to be as hot as summer or cool autumn weather.

I've looked at some amazing coats that are great for layering, I'm loving the whole chunky scarf look and the faux leather too . I've been using Polyvore to create looks of things I like ( my name is @tiffanyshiz ) or even using it as a virtual wardrobe cause a lot of the stuff they have are accessible so if you are OCD like me then it's perfect.

BURGUNDY&BEIGE are such beautiful colours together in this season here's a really simple look that you can re create with a different crop top or coat like a mac or a leather biker would look slick.

Gold jewlery completes every look it looks expensive and put together without any effort. Adding even a simple statement collar necklace can make the look to be honest. 

I love the two different shades of purple from M.A.C which has a really vampy look to them, if you don't like darks I suggest a nude or a plump gloss something to pull it all together. With the lipstick the main aspect of makeup here you don't need to go overboard with the rest of your face, if it's one of those sunny but cold days i suggest a large pair of sunglasses such as this collection :

I love the top all black sunglasses the frame is so retro but the black gives a chanel oh la la feel to it.
